What counts as a task?
Each Visit, Pickup and Delivery counts once, when it's created. An Order creates a Pickup and a Delivery, so it counts as two tasks. Breaks don't count.
What happens when I exceed my included tasks?
On Basic and Pro you keep working: each task beyond your plan's included tasks in a billing period is billed at the additional-task rate ($0.099 on Basic, $0.09 on Pro). Free includes 50 tasks a month; while upgrades are available it's a hard limit, so once they're used new tasks can't be created until the allowance resets — or you upgrade.
When does the Free task allowance reset?
At the start of each calendar month, at 00:00 UTC. The Billing page shows the next reset in your local time.
Are drivers unlimited?
Yes. Every plan — Free, Basic and Pro — includes unlimited drivers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can move from Free to Basic or Pro at any time from Billing. Switching directly between Basic and Pro isn't self-service yet. If a paid subscription ends, the workspace continues on Free.
Is there a free trial for Basic and Pro?
Yes. Basic and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. A card is collected when you subscribe, and tasks created during the trial are never billed.
Do canceled or deleted tasks count?
A task counts once, when it's created. Canceling or deleting it later doesn't refund it, and editing, completing, failing or moving a task doesn't count it again.
How does usage-based billing work?
Basic and Pro have a monthly base price that includes a set number of tasks (1,000 on Basic, 2,000 on Pro). Each additional task adds the plan's per-task rate, and Stripe bills it with your monthly invoice. The calculator above uses the same rule: base price + additional tasks × rate.
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Free doesn't create a subscription and never asks for a card.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The workspace owner can cancel Basic or Pro at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. When the paid subscription ends, the workspace continues on Free. Free has nothing to cancel.
