Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Toover, including the Toover web portal, the Toover Driver app and the related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
- If you were given a temporary password, you must replace it with your own password when asked.
- Tell your organization's administrator promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Organizations and roles
The Service is organized into organizations. An organization's owners and administrators decide who belongs to it and what each member may see or do. Information entered for an organization — such as tasks, routes, addresses, contacts and delivery records — is available to that organization's members according to their roles.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process information you have no right to use;
- attempt to access accounts, organizations or data you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass the security of the Service;
- use the Service's email or text messaging to send unsolicited or misleading messages.
5. Your content
You and your organization keep your rights in the information you submit, such as tasks, addresses, notes, photos and signatures. You allow Toover to store, process and display that information as needed to provide the Service to you and your organization.
6. Navigation and driving safety
Routes, directions, arrival estimates and navigation guidance are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always follow traffic laws, road signs and actual road conditions, and do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving.
7. Messages and third-party services
The Service sends emails and text messages, such as verification codes, account messages and delivery notifications. It also relies on third-party providers, for example for mapping, navigation and message delivery. Their own terms may apply to your use of those features.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features of the Service. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated if these terms are breached, to protect the Service or other users, or at an organization's request for its own members. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
12. Questions
For questions about your account or your organization's use of the Service, contact your organization's administrator. See also our Privacy Policy.
